I'm Oliva. I grew up in Spain, and have since lived in Ireland, South Africa, and Germany. I built a multicultural family, became a mother — including to twins — and navigated every identity shift that came with each of those chapters.

Each move, each new role, each new version of my life asked me to reassess who I was and how I wanted to show up. That work — inner and outer, private and visible — is what I now do with my clients.

I specialise in personal branding strategy and transformational coaching for women in transition. Women who are intelligent, international, and in the middle of becoming something new. I understand them because I have been them.
